Quotes are exclusive of VAT unless specifically stated.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specifically stated.
Standard lead time is between 5-10 working days from sample sign off.
Express Service is subject to an express fee and is dependant on availability.
All embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches required so the more specific you can be with artwork and dimensions the more accurate we can be when providing a quote.
Delivery is charged at an extra cost, we use City-Link Couriers and Royal Mail for overnight delivery. All deliveries are scheduled with a 3rd party company and whilst every effort is made to deliver on time any delivery date specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Returns & cancellations: Items with custom embroidery or print cannot be returned unless there is a fault in either the garment we have supplied or the application of decorations. We supply scans and photographs for you to confirm accuracy, quality and positioning of any print or embroidery. Sign off is required by the customer before we proceed and is taken as acceptance of these conditions. Please note London Merchandise do not take any responsibility for client’s own garments including any damage caused to or any mistake that may happen by operator error while on our machines.

Ricky Gervais

It is always exciting to receive a commission which you know will receive a great deal of exposure. This was certainly the case when we were commissioned to embroider a boxing robe with the word ‘Gervais’ on the back. This boxing robe would be sported by none other than Ricky Gervais on the front cover of Esquire Magazine (photographed by Rankin).

When your product is going to be viewed on the front cover of a popular magazine, it is vital that it is perfect. There would be no worse publicity than a poor quality product being displayed on the shelf. In this case, our job was made all the harder by only being given two days to turn it around. Thankfully we pulled out all the stops and supplied a perfect example to be used in the promotional photographs.

Comic Relief

In September 2009 Comic Relief and Gordon Ramsay teamed up to market a new and exclusive range of cooking sauces to tempt taste buds and raise some serious cash to help change lives. London Merchandise was commissioned to embroider the Comic Relief logo onto chefs’ jackets to be worn by Gordon and Lenny Henry at the launch of the Seriously Good Pasta Sauce range.

It was very important that such high-profile celebrities were supplied with a perfect product to show off the quality of our embroidery which was not helped by the fact that we only had two days to turn this job around. However with a lot of hard work by all our staff, the jackets were completed and delivered on time, ready to help raise money for Comic Relief!

Pret A Manger

Pret a manger is one of the UK’s most popular fast food retailers with outlets at most major railway stations. We are very fortunate that Pret is also one of our longest standing clients.

Over the last ten years we have been asked to produce a wide variety of promotional products for the company displaying their jazzy star-shaped logo. We have screen printed and embroidered a range of different clothing for Pret including, aprons, caps shirts and fleeces and have also applied their logo to more unconventional products such as soup bags.
